Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed between 1-3 days after purchase. They are then shipped 1-5 days after that. Delivery in total can take up to 25 days due to factors beyond our control.
Most items are shipped from within the US and should take 10-15 days. Some items such a electronic diffusers, wall decals MAY be shipped from outside the USA and should take 15-30 days to be on safe side. Item location is mentioned in the description.
Accounts are optional but help keep track of your orders. You can create an account during the checkout process or through this link.
We will send you regular email updates on the status of your order and tracking information
No, we do not collect or store credit card information. Payments are processed through Paypal.
No we are not required at this time to collect sales tax.
Currently we only ship to the USA. We can make exceptions on demand.
Your items are dispatched from various distribution points and will not arrive at the same time.
Some items are shipped from outside the USA, mainly some electronic diffusers and decor items. Import duty and/or sales tax MAY apply on arrival depending on state and item value.
Customs clearance tasks: We are not responsible for the import customs clearance of the package, the buyer is obliged to clear customs. Buyers are obliged to bear customs duties if any.
Most items are in stock in the USA but SOME come from aboard, this is made clear on all product.

We are very reasonable on return. All items may be returned if damaged or not as described or if unopened and in original condition within 30 days.

Please take photos of the item’s conditions and get in touch for a replacements.
During checkout you can set your billing and shipping addresses. If you made a mistake and would like to change your addresses please email us ASAP. Once item is shipped it’s too late.
Within a reasonable time after placing your order and before shipment you may make changes to your order.
